Enugu SME TVET Training Program
The Enugu SME TVET Training Program is a comprehensive four (4)-month physical training programme delivered in partnership with Copen Academy and Capitis Global.
The initiative is designed for young Ndi-Enugu who are eager to acquire practical, in-demand skills in the following areas:
a. Plumbing
b. Painting
The program lasts for 4 months.
The program offers training in two trades:
a. Plumbing
b. Painting
The program is open to both new entrants and individuals who need to up skill in these trades.
While the program is open to all eligible candidates, it specifically aims to increase female participation in these trades.
Trainings are physical at Copen Academy located at No. 1 Ebeano Tunnel Crossing, Along Ebeano Tunnel Road, Ogui Rd, inside Amadeo Event Center, behind Oakland Hotels, Enugu 400102, Enugu.
Selected Students are expected to report for work three (3) times in a week.

Yes, the classroom instruction and field work days will be scheduled each week. Exact days will be communicated to the trainees upon enrollment.
Field work will provide hands-on experience under the supervision of skilled professionals, allowing trainees to apply what they learn in the classroom in real-world settings.
Yes, trainees will be assessed periodically to monitor their progress and ensure they are meeting the learning objectives of the program.
Yes. Trainees who successfully complete the programme will receive a certification recognizing their skills and training in the respective training areas, including Plumbing and Painting.
Yes, selected candidates will participate free of charge. However, to ensure commitment and seriousness, all selected participants will be required to sign a formal agreement and provide a guarantor. The guarantor will serve as an assurance of the trainee’s dedication to attending classes consistently and completing the programme. Failure to meet attendance and participation obligations without valid justification will attract significant financial penalties, as outlined in the signed agreement.
