Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Managing Director, or senior management. Manage executives' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and official documents. Organise and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and strategic planning sessions, including taking and distributing minutes. Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, Management, Secretarial Administration, or a related field. A Master's Degree or relevant professional certification is an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in executive administration, office management, or a similar senior administrative role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business writing abilities. Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
