Key Responsibilities : Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the organization's facilities to ensure they are safe, functional, and well-maintained. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Coordinate repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and building regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, Architecture, or a related field. A professional certification in Facilities Management (e.g., IFMA, BIFM/IWFM, NEBOSH, HSE) is an added advantage. Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in facility management, property management, or building maintenance. Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and security systems.
