Laboratory Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform laboratory tests and experiments accurately and efficiently. Collect, prepare, label, and process laboratory samples. Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment. Record, analyze, and report test results accurately. Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, and quality-control procedures. Prepare and handle laboratory reagents, chemicals, and materials safely. Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation. Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples, chemicals, and laboratory waste. Identify and report equipment faults, abnormal results, or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment. Relevant laboratory experience is an added advantage. Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety standards. Ability to collect, prepare, and analyze samples accurately.
